With expertise spanning schools, families, and organizations, the company specializes in guiding communities through growth and transition. Drawing on a foundation of academic research, career development training, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Being and Becoming Consulting empowers individuals and institutions to thrive in changing contexts.
